Dr. Charles Wallace, Shihan

 

Dr. Wallace is a Valedictorian graduate of Midwest City High School.  After High School, Dr. Wallace joined the Marine Corps.  During this Career, he had two tours to Iraq and obtained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2.  When in garrison, Dr. Wallace spent his time as a Martial Arts and marksmanship instructor.  He holds the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.

 

Dr. Wallace has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, having graduated with honors;  a Bachelor of Science in the Liberal Arts, having graduated Magna Cum Laude; a Masters of Science in Business Management, having graduated with honors.; and a Doctorate of Educational Leadership.

 

Within the Martial Arts, Dr. Wallace’s primary focus has been self-defense and safety training.  In addition to his Martial Arts ranks and certifications, Dr. Wallace has completed CPR, SafeSport, CDC concussion training, and is a certified Combat Lifesaver.

 

Dr. Wallace is currently serving as the Oklahoma Shibucho, or State Director, for the International Seishinkai Karate Union (ISKU).
